How it works

From application to a finished stand, in four steps.

  1. Application

    Submit a general application form through the Town Council’s online office.

  2. Confirmation

    The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries reviews it and writes to you with your stand and the conditions.

  3. Set-up

    Exhibitor passes are collected at the information points during set-up.

  4. The fair

    12, 13 and 14 March. Opening on Friday and awards on Sunday.

The stand

A modular stand with an electrical panel for lighting. If you need more power or plan to offer tastings, say so in the application.

What does the electrical panel include?

The stand lights and one courtesy socket of about 200 W, meant for charging a phone or a laptop. Higher-power appliances cannot be plugged in. If you need them, ask for extra power in the application and the organisers will tell you whether it is possible.

Can I hang signs or products?

Nails and drilling are not allowed on the panels. For light loads, use hooks and nylon thread.

Where do I collect exhibitor passes?

At the information points in the Palacio de Ferias y Exposiciones during set-up.

Can I sell at my stand?

No. Agrochipiona is a commercial trade fair: products and services are shown, but not sold.

Can I offer tastings?

Yes. Mention it in the application so the organisers can take it into account when allocating space.

Apply with a general application form (instancia general) through Chipiona Town Council’s online office. Open until stands run out.

  1. Sign in

    Use Cl@ve or your company’s digital certificate.

  2. Choose «Instancia general»

    It is in the list of procedures.

  3. Paste the text

    Copy the template below into the application and fill in each line. It is in Spanish so the council can process it.

  4. Sign and submit

    Keep the receipt. The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries will write to confirm your stand.
